HV RS Series

The Hydrovane HV (ACE) RS series of vertical enclosed regulated speed rotary vane compressors provide a variable speed offering for the vertical enclosed Hydrovane product selection. While fixed speed rotary compressors are most efficient in continuous duty applications, regulated speed machines optimize energy efficiency when operated below full load capacity. The HV (ACE) RS series offers all of the same features and benefits of the vertical enclosed fixed speed range, with the added benefit of up to 50% energy savings due to decreased electricity consumption. These units produce only the amount of air required to meet application demand. Hydrovane regulated speed rotary vane compressors come as standard with line reactors and built-in EMC filter. The inverter drive efficiently matches energy consumption with air demand, and the reduced energy venting system (REVS) also provides energy savings. This system supplies a low starting current and reduces off load power to 25% by rapidly venting internal pressure. As with the vertical enclosed fixed speed HV (ACE) series, the small footprint and low noise levels of the vertical enclosed HV (ACE) RS range allow for easy installation and point of use application. Additionally, receiver and refrigerant dryer options are available on the HV (ACE) RS 7 to 22 kW (10 to 30 hp) models, for a complete plug and play Hypac. The Hydrovane HV (PURS / PUTS) series of horizontal open format (unenclosed) fixed speed compressors are engineered to meet the most stringent of specifications. The range is designed for a wide variety of light industry applications including automobile, car body repair shops, dentistry, packaging and machine tools. Their modular design and compact size also make the compressor componrents ideal for OEM applications. The 1.1 and 2.2 kW models won the Design Council award combining simplicity of operation with proven reliability. Air Ends

Hydrovane manufacture an extensive range of Rotary Vane Air Ends. Due to the integrated, compact design they are ideal to be utilized in many OEM applications and are available as individual items. Air Ends up to 1.13 m³/min (40cfm) come fully integrated with the only requirement being the drive media (i.e. an Electric Motor, Hydraulic Motor or potentially using a variety of different Engines). Air Ends above 1.13 m³/min (40cfm), (maximum 12.66 m³/min (447cfm)), can be in either the horizontal or space-saving vertical format. Please note external cooling will be required which can be provided on request. A complete pressure range is available from 7 bar (105 psi) up to 10 bar (150 psi). Air ends available cover 1.1kW (1.5 hp) up to 75kW (100 hp).
